We stood at the counter and watched the manager on duty walk right past us on her phone. No customers were in the drive thru and none in the restaurant. Still waiting 6 mins. They messed up the simple order 3 times before getting it right. Note 33 mins and we finally are able to sit down and eat. Wait…. We had to clean a table first with water from the drink machine. DON’T GO TO HARDEE’S IN FORSYTH!!!! Below is a photo of the “Manager”. Just Wow!!!

As usual, breakfast sandwiches/ biscuits were very good. There was a long line at drive-thru, so we went inside. Bad decision! For some reason a customer was yelling at 2 employees. We may have been able to tolerate it if it only lasted several minutes, but for over half an hour?! Why didn’t a manager come out to de-fuse the situation. When the customer went outside we saw her go to the passenger side of her truck and reach down. Yep…we were terrified she was reaching for a gun, so we got up and moved to the exit. However, she later jumped in and the driver pulled away.

First off the cashier/manager was not friendly at all. I felt like an interruptions. You have an employee I assume was off, walking back and forth behind the counter with out washing her hands. My tenders were hot (I had to wait on mine) my grandsons were cold. Some fries were hot some were not.

If I could give no stars I would. Staff was very rude. The order was made wrong and when I went to tell them so they could fix it, they ripped the recept from my hands to look at it. The elderly lady infront of me had to ask for butter 3 times before the server yelled at the cook staff for a cup if butter. They never made eye contact or even looked my direction during the whole experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Did a drive thru and ordered a couple meals. Lady snapped at me while ordering. Waited about 15 minutes at the drive thru window waiting to pick up our order. People were just standing around inside literally with hands in their pockets. Very poor customer service.

Tried every diet drink and they were all more carbonated water than drink. Then I tried the regular Dr pepper. It was clear. The manager took our order on the drive though while we were standing there. Made the guy at the drive thru wait. Then when she told him to go ahead, she just kept talking to another co-worker. After 30 seconds, she told him to hold on, then to start again, even though she was still talking to the co worker. The managers young son was sitting in the lobby and she would check on him periodically.

I eat here often. Mostly food and service is good. Today, I ordered a 3pc chicken strips and I got 2 pieces of chicken and one had meat showing and the 2nd piece had clearly broken at the 2/3s mark.
