This Hardee’s is the best Hardee’s I’ve been to! It’s a great addition to Harlem. So glad that we have a drive thru! The staff is super friendly and my order is always right.

Very clean restaurant. HORRIBLE and I do mean HORRIBLE customer service. The African American manager at this store has one of the nastiest attitudes I have encountered in a very long time. I simply requested my fries be hot when I came through the drive thru and I could hear her over the the employee taking my order, telling me to “shut up and pull around because the fries are always hot” I was so taken aback that I pulled around and went inside. Hoping to report the incident to the manager only to discover that the person who had insulted me WAS a manager. Poor leadership and completely unprofessional.

I got 2 fish sandwiches and 2 big star burgers 2 large cokes the fish sandwiches had no sauce and tasted like over cooked fish sticks. The burgers are usually good but not today and I payed for larg sodas but got medium. 22 dollars of disappointment. The young man at the window was pleasant.
