Very good food with an eager to help staff. The only negative thing I can possibly come up with bout this restaurant is that if you’re going through the drive thru it takes a lil’ bit longer than some other places; but the food is tasty and the employees are always more than willing to help with most anything.

The restaurant when it was operating was great! The low rating is only because it closed & never reopened because of covid. I see they have a “hiring” sign out front so hopefully they will be open for business soon!

They never cease to amaze me with their biscuits. I always ask for Xtra Xtra butter with my sausage and cheese biscuit and its perfect. The staff there is awesome. They are very friendly and I’ve known Cathy for years and she is a very hard worker. You couldn’t ask for a better crew, but boy that Daniel there, you got to watch him. I’m just kidding. He is the sweetest man I know. One morning I came and got my usual and he knew how much I love my chocolate pudding and he surprised me with 2 packs just for me. I’d like to say they are my friends and they definitely need a BIG raise. They are short staffed BAD but yet they all work very hard with a smile on their faces even though there are days they probably don’t want to smile or be friendly, they still are. I love the staff there oh yea and the chicken strips there are the best ever. Way better than zaxbys. Anyway, I wanted to leave a positive review of the truth and hope these employees there get a big raise for as hard as they work they definitely deserve it

Diet Coke was not calibrated, too much carbonation, hash rounds were stuck together and warm, not hot, the biscuit was sloppy and greasy. The outside of the restaurant is filthy, dirty, out of date and unappealing. I’m not sure how this location is still open. Apparently the owners have given up on this location and they are trying to drive it into the ground.

The guy was super nice, but the food was HORRIBLE! The burgers looked (and tasted) like they were made a week prior. It only took us 10 minutes to drive back to our house, and burgers should not go soggy within that small amount of time. The cheese was disintegrated, and the meat looked and smelled putrid. Needless to say we couldn’t eat the food.

Went there for breakfast last Monday, was dirty. I thought there was no coffee creamer but the creamer was covered by trash at the condiment station. I went back to ask the cashier and they all were just talking amongst themselves and acted like I wasn’t even there. Don’t waste your time for fast food.

The food is always good and the customer service is great… But what is completely unacceptable is the understaffing issues. I went today and had to wait 10 minutes just to get my order taken, because there were only two people working in the entire store. One cooking, and one taking orders. I wound up spending about half an hour waiting on FAST FOOD. I reiterate – This is not the fault of the employees working. They were great, and super nice. This is a management problem that needs to be addressed. It wasn’t like this was a one time thing. This is the third time in a row I’ve been there and my wait time has been 30 minutes or more due to understaffing.

The last few times I’ve went I received cold hash browns. The gravy is hit and miss. The last time I got it, it was amazing..the few times before that it was very flour-y(it that a word, lol) and thick- just not very good. Staff is always friendly.

This Hardee’s has some of the rudest management I have ever encountered. A manager here had a bad attitude when I asked for the Veterans discount. If Hardee’s doesn’t want to take the time to give customer’s a veteran discount, and has a problem when a veteran asks for the discount, and it’s such an issue for them, then maybe they shouldn’t offer it. This same manager just has a generally bad attitude anyway, and clearly doesn’t want to be there. I tried to make a complaint about this manager to another manager over the phone, and they hung the phone up on me, and they were also very rude. I would not recommend this Hardee’s, and I would be wary of any place that treats their customers this way.
