I have never been impressed with this location. Staff tend to be rude. The wait is always long. Breakfast is their saving grace. The food wash fresh and semi quick. But lunch and dinner just drive further for something else. Also the road for the drive through and the parking lot is terrible. Pot holes everywhere and HUGE ones

They have unprofessional people working there. You girl mean mugging. Ordered 2 meals and asked girl taking order at drive thru what was in a sandwich. She just ignored the question. Pulled up to the window sat for 8 minutes then I could see them grab my food and take it to the back. She did not say thank you or sorry just kept looking like she was upset. She comes out gives me the meals does not apologize or say sorry for the delay. Doesn’t say thank you I asked her about her customer service training she said she she did not have to say thank you nor greet customers. I asked for the manager and she just walked away. I went in there and asked for napkins and ketchup because they did not give any like I asked for ketchup. They refused to let me speak to manager and guy said she was new and it was okay she was rude he said all I can do is apologize. Meal was missing cheese and the girl was just smiling like it was funny to be rude. I called for corporate number and they refused to give it said I had to look it up online. I told them to have manager call me and they never did. If you want ghetto customer service and to be treated bad for giving them a job and paying their salary come here. 7/6/2023 around noon is when this took place so embarrassing and sad. And this is why minorities get stereo typed.

I don’t know if the cashier was new or was having a bad day but his service needs work. Also the female manager who took his spot wasn’t helping because of her attitude. I probably would not return to this particular Hardee’s location but they do a good job at making it look bad.

The line was long but that’s due to the inside being closed and I would assume it’s because they are short staffed! Like almost every fast food area I’ve been to. But nonetheless the order taker kept the line moving fairly quickly! I just wanted to say thank you to her for being fast and friendly and to the young man at the window. No one wants to work short staffed I get it so THANK YOU FOR SHOWING UP TODAY! Thank you for fast service fresh food and a smile. Couldn’t help but to tip

Even though the Pandemic lock-downs have been over for a while, the management of this Hardee’s REFUSES to open the dining room. We end up going through the drive through, parking the car, and eating in the car. Hardee’s corporate needs to pay a visit and find out why they can’t fully open.

Went through the drive through paid and had to pull forward and wait along with the 4 cars behind us. After waiting 10 min for our food we did not receive what we ordered. Unfortunately didn’t realize until we were already gone. Also burger was very sloppily put together, with no special sauce though we ordered extra, burger Patty burnt.
