Just stopped here tonight with Family. They were absolutely fantastic, even tho they seemed a little understaffed. Me, my wife, and all 3 kids got a combo. It was correct, prompt, and delicious. Give the 2 individuals who were working the night of 4-14-23 a handsome raise!! Fantastic Service!!

I have been to this location 3 times in the last 3 weeks. My experience has been less than good. The first 2 times my sandwich was incorrect and needed to be remade. I ordered an Angus burger and received a Frisco burger, the next time I asked for no Mayonnaise and the burger had mayonnaise, there was something on the bun that looked like milk. The third time I had a coupon for the double star burger. I wanted the burger, fries and drink. It would be nice to have a make it a combo price to go with the burger. My order with the $4.49 coupon was $10.13 with burger, fries and drink. The combo price with tax would have been $10.83. The price difference for the burger was $4.49 vs $6.69. Total $10.13 vs $10.83. If there is no real difference in the price, what is the point of the coupon. Hardee’s, please add a combo price when purchasing a sandwich so the coupon makes sense and I don’t have to write reviews like this to point out why I’m the only person eating at this location.

Dining room closed! Automatic points off!!! So much for combining dinner and bathroom breaks! Same person taking orders and making food. Only other person working there was mopping the floor! Took a LONG TIME to get 3 burgers and a cup if ice. Help customers FIRST THEN MOP THE FLOOR!!!!!! We were the only customers in the 20 minutes we were there. Don’t see how they stay in business. Meanwhile accross the street at DQ, a line of cars out in the road waiting to get in. That tells you everything you need to know!

I’ve come here twice for breakfast: 1st time they were out of ham, 2nd time they were out of sausage and the drive thru was unavailable. I go inside and it is just depressing. The next closest Hardee’s is in McDonough and it is even worse. What has happened to this brand? SMH.

The food here is very good. We had the bacon egg and cheese biscuits this morning combo both with coffees but your employees handing out the orders need to include napkins and coffee stirrers. For those of us who put cream and sugar in our coffee we tend to have a dim view of those who don’t follow through and give us something to stir our coffee with. We certainly aren’t going to steer hot coffee with our fingers!

The food was fine, the actual cashier at the window was pleasant…. The girl taking the order was horrible and very unpleasant. This behavior needs to be not tolerated by companies in reference to customer service. If chic fil a can get it right why can’t we. She is being paid to be nice and still struggling, someone needs to coach and motivate her to be a better person at least when she’s on the job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
