Floors are absolutely filthy, food and grease. Looks like floor hasn’t been mopped in a month or more. Shoes leave footprints. Food on floor and seats at every table. It was not busy, 5 customers sitting, 4 people behind counter, 2 people at counter there to visit with customers. I have a service dog so I had a hard time finding a clean area for him to lay down while we ate.

I was out of town and stopped at a Hardee’s. Went to the drive-thru & my friend got an awesome looking hot ham & cheese sandwich. So I decided I wanted one too. Drove back through and they said they were closed. They close at 10pm, it was 9:25. So I walked inside. I asked what time they closed, wasn’t it at 10 ? They looked at me like they couldn’t have cared any less. Plus their clock inside was pushed up 15 mins. I told the guy what I wanted, he looked very irritated, but made me one. Hands it to me, wouldn’t charge me but said he’d take a tip !

No stars on food cause I walked out when none asked to take my order, staff there on 3/20/23 breakfast/lunch transition were nothing short pathetic. I watched dude in kitchen yell breakfast is over and just threw probably 10-12 biscuits already made in the trash. Girls working front(I guess), just looked at me then turned back started cutting up with kitchen staff, turned back looked at me like she was mad or something the walk off again. After 3-4 mins of recognizing they couldn’t care less I walked out. Wouldnt trust eating anything from place with people that kinda attitude. Can’t understand why it’s so hard to just smile and be accommodating to others

Service was great at the drive through. It’s been a few years since we’ve eaten Hardee’s and was shocked how expensive it is for a fast food restaurant. Honestly with these prices I’d rather eat at a sit down restaurant.

Service was terrible lady with the red mop hair had an attitude and forgot to put in my order in I waited for 20 minutes for my food after and they gave me the wrong order twice and lack of communication and they didn’t give me a receipt. This is by far the worst Hardee’s I have been too.

Always been a Hardee’s fan. This was the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. Staff was very lackadaisical. Ordered new chicken blt’s. 2 combos, one with onion rings, one with fries. Order finally came. Had to go back to counter. They forgot the fries. Worst chicken sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. Onion rings tasted rancid. Beverage dispenser was out of ice. Went back to counter and told Employee. They filled our cups with ice, but no one ever went to refill the dispenser. Coke was flat. Fortunately just passing thru so will never have to put up with this again

We visited Hardee’s on our trip through the area on New Year’s evening. We were hungry from a long trip and not much in the way of food along our route home. We saw the Hardee’s sign and were relieved we found someplace to eat. The young man who served us was very nice and our food came out quick and hot. Very thankful for a little fast food on our trip.
