Went in for a quick bite on 7/1 for breakfast, I was the only customer there in the lobby. Got the Bacon Platter. I mean, you can’t get too disappointed for 5.50. there was something similar to bacon and something else not very similar to scrambled eggs, I think. It resembled breakfast, but to be called a platter, mmmm not so much. The 2 slices of bacon went down like those breath strips, just kinda dissolved with a bacon-y aftertaste, the eggs were closer to crepes and the biscuit and gravy is what saved it for me. Hardee’s ain’t what it once was, but i still like it (mostly) for some reason. Maybe it’s the memories of those cinnamon raisin biscuits. Why would you get rid of those? Was it killing the company? Bankruptcy by hot sticky sweet icing covered biscuit? Fortunately Jerry has those almost identical Bo-berries…

I got 2 star burgers today that were not good. The meat was so over cooked that is was tough. I asked for only mustard and ketchup, but instead these were loaded with only mayo and the little piece of lettuce was slimy with it. The tomato was the only thing good. The bun was old and mashed up. I think these had been sitting made up all day. Come on folks, I drove four miles to get these burgers and paid over $11. Is this how you appreciate your customers?

Can’t comment on the food because the last two times I went to the drive through, no one was there to take my order. Cars behind me and at the window though. After waiting 5 minutes, I figured it would be best to leave. After experiencing this twice in a row, I’ll no longer go back.

Ordered a special. The burgers were so sad, I had to cry for them. They were cold, and the buns were beyond old and dry. They managed to put a single onion slice on one one of them and made up for it by putting 2 on the other. The food is great at every other location I have been to. What is going on at this place??

The burger tasted like it was a day old. The cheese wasn’t melted, had to ask for our drinks, only thing that was good was the fries. The cashier seemed as if she didn’t know how to fix them . We ended up throwing the burgers in the trash.

3/17/23, 6pm. With only one car in front of me at the drive thru I was immediately told to “pull forward”. After about 7-8 of sitting behind one car (they pulled into a parking spot to have their food brought out to them I assume), I finally got to the window. No one was there. I sat there for another 7-8 minutes. No one ever came to the window. The car that had parked never got their food as far as I know. No one ever mentioned they were short handed. No one ever said what the wait time might be. No one ever took my order. All I got in 15 min of wait time was a “pull forward” through the microphone. All it takes is the bare minimum of communication.
