Experience here was far from ideal. I was told to wait at the drive thru and no one ever got back to me after about 5 minutes I backed up to re trigger the sensor and someone finally got to me. Then I proceeded to sit at the window and wait over 10 minutes just for 5 tenders….

I decided to stop here and grab a bite to eat because i had alot to do so i planned on getting something easy to eat. I ordered the jumbo chilli dog combo.The chilli was so watery that it ran off the weiner and soaked into the bun. Every bite was a mess, i had to use a bunch of napkin every time i took a bite. This is fast food and as you know customers eat on the go, so its supposed to be convient and easy but this wasn’t. I ended up eating my fries before they go cold and the hotdog when i got to my destination. I stiil feel like i needed a knife and fork to eat it.

Fountain Inn Hardee was closed so off to Simpsonville Hardee I go.She took my order but was obviously under staffed as she worked the drivin orders as well as walk ins.Still good beacon ,egg and cheese biscuit a regular for us from Hardees.

Ordered online, pull in to drive thru, wait about 5 minutes, say hello?, no answer. All lights inside and out are on, no notes on door, door is locked and no one is inside. So closed, with no indication of being closed and took my money for dinner. I am so incredibly upset! I am just flabbergasted that any establishment could do this to people! I understand being understaffed or whatever, but be a responsible business owner and make sure the online ordering is shut off and the business appears closed! This is mind-blowing!! I am soo angry!
