This is after the “grand reopening “ Went for breakfast and got a gravy biscuit, when I got home I opened the container and they had dumped the gravy all over the biscuit so it was nice and soggy when I got home rather than putting it into the gravy container , this is not how you run a restaurant was hopeful they had better staff for the re opening but that is obviously not true

We have had bad and good experiences here. I don’t know exactly who to call or contact but someone needs to make a change for both of the Hardees. The one on 28 by pass and this one. Most of the time the workers are outside smoking and they act like they don’t want to be there. Sometimes the food is made right and sometimes it’s not. Sometimes the portion of the food is right and sometimes it’s not. Sometimes they have what you order and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they close early and will not take your order at the drive thru speaker. I have actually seen the workers leave and only the manager closed the restaurant. Everyone else had already left and the manager left by their self. That is not safe and should never happen. They sell burgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches, ham and cheese sandwiches, chicken strips, fries, curly fries, onion rings, they sell fountain drinks, coffee, and shakes. That is for lunch and dinner. They do carry breakfast as well, like all different kinds of meat biscuits, biscuits and gravy, and hash brown patties. They do offer eat in or carry out or drive thru window. They do have children’s high chairs and they do have public restrooms. They do have handicapped parking and wheel chair accessibile entrance and wheel chair accessibile tables and restrooms.

Waited 15 mins for my food and the pictures shows how skimpy they were, I ordered a #3. Whoever the boss was, was inside yelling at her staff and not even in the correct attire. 3 or 4 onion rings and a handful of fries is a joke for 5 bucks.

Great employees great food but such a rude disrespectful district manager . He treat the employees horrible. He has a very rude mean look on his face at all times he never friendly ! If you want to run a good business it takes team work leave the sassy attitude and panties at home ! Who goes around talking about their employees when they manage this place that is just plain out wrong !

Food tasted good. I always get the super sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The flavor of the sausage takes me back to younger days lol. But it’s either hit or miss with fast food but it serves a purpose (convient)
