20 minute wait. Only car at the drive thru. Small child behind the counter standing at the drive thru window. Asked 3 times what we ordered. Then we asked why we were waiting so long. I was told they are making the food. Food was cold and the order was wrong. I love how the owner has only commented on the one positive comment on here and none of the bad reviews received a response. I intend on contacting corporate and I’m sure they do not want to hear about this franchise.

I wish i could leave less than 1 star. Pulled up Sunday Oct 23 at 7:30 pm. Orderd a number 4 and a 3 piece tender and 2 milkshakes. All that woman on the radio knew how to say was, “is that all”. After repeating it for the 4th time even tho I did want more food I decided to let that actually be all. Then with no total told me to pull forward. Told me the total at the window. Then after waiting a few minutes asks me to pull forward. After I watched 20 minutes of a episode of good doctor while I waited. They brought be my food then asked me what other drinks did I have. Walked back out and said, “we only have large cups so”, and left. My orders was the wrong size, I would have gotten large of everything but I was never asked that. I had no sauce for my tenders, but I was also never asked which one I wanted. And my milkshakes look half full in the cup when I finally got them. The food was all cold and the burger was a smashed looking thing that didn’t even come with everything it should have. And, of course, they wouldn’t care about how I’m supposed to carry 2 large drinks and 2 milkshakes while I’m driving because i do not have 4 cup holders in my car. Bottom line is I wasted almost 30 dollars on food and got almost nothing I wanted. I will definitely not be returning. Oh and to the owner that response with the same generic copy and past message, I will not waste more of my time going out of my way to tell you how your store is trash. I hope someone else gets it and makes it better, or it just closes. I’ll continue to tell anyone I know as well to not waste there money at your “business”. Have a nice night. Something else your employees couldn’t bother to tell me.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a medium sweet tea. Got a cheeseburger no bacon, lots of onions. Not impressed. Burger was hard as a rock. So ultimately I got a $9.00 cup of sweet tea, and the ice is good to.

Today must have been a bad day for this Hardee’s. We went through the drive-thru at about 0720 this morning (23 March 2023). We ordered our food (two items and one drink) and drove up to the window where we paid. We were then told to pull forward and wait. I understand that because on both of our two orders we requested an item (egg) be left off. Well it took them 15 minutes to leave that item off of our breakfast. One would think that leaving off an item would make it quicker. They finally brought out our food and we headed down the road. When we opened the bag we discovered both of our orders were incorrect. They provided the food we had ordered, but included the item we had requested to be left off. This is a good example of employees not paying attention to detail.

The Hardee’s located at 909 south fifth street Hartsville SC had a terrible manager at 12:31pm during lunch. Only had one Frontline worker for both the inside counter and drive through. I waited 15 minutes between placing order at pulling to window and then waited 10 more minutes for the food. The Frontline worker was doing well under the circumstances but the organization was terrible. This is a management problem. When managers do not care you show closed the location.

I’ve been to Hardee’s twice over the past month and my order has been wrong both times. I live 25 minutes away so I’m not pleased to see that my order is incorrect once I get all the way home. I had to pull up to the door to wait almost 10 minutes for it the last time so I expected for it to be correct.

I paid 23.00 for 2 two piece supposed to be white meat chicken box’s. I got a wing and thigh in both. This was after waiting 10 minutes for them to cook. The only side was mashed potatoes in one. The other had very old fries. Tried to call. Could not get an answer. I will not be back!

The hotdog bread was hard like a brick. The ham and cheese had almost no meat and was flat and smashed to one side. Line was around the building and they took the order and didnt give any aknowlegement they got it or to pull around. 15 min in the drive thru.
