After sitting at the drive thru menu for over five minutes without anyone greeting us or even acknowledging that we were there, we decided to dine in as maybe there was an issue with the speaker. The only good thing I can say is that the place was clean. Our order was placed, two cheeseburgers and a kid’s cheeseburger meal. Not a difficult order. There were two other customers in the restaurant so it wasn’t crowded. 45 minutes later, I had had enough of waiting and went up to see what was taking so long. The woman asked what I needed, and I replied that I needed our food. Amazingly it appeared and when I brought the bag back to the booth, the order was wrong, the burgers were cold and the only thing hot was the fries. We actually demanded our money back and were offered a refund and for them to remake the meal. Sorry, no! It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to make 3 cheeseburgers!

Hardee’s has always been known for their amazing breakfast choices. So, I wanted to eat there one morning. I went to the drive thru and the service was good. I got my food piping hot and fast. I chose the chicken and waffles breakfast sandwich as a meal. The tots tasted great, but the sandwich needs a little work. The chicken was amazing. Very hot, tender same full of favor. They syrup between the waffles and chicken was set and tasty. But the waffles tasted dry. They were so close. But I would still eat here again.

Employee got an attitude with me on the speaker when I was ordering and when I confronted them at the window bc I was upset they slammed the window in my face. I waited a while until a nice young man gave me my food.

Today was a positive dining experience at this Hardee’s. The manager had things working together like a well-oiled machine. In the past, it has been hit and miss with usually a long wait added for good measure. Not today. Service was friendly, didn’t take long at all to get our food, and it was hot, fresh, and delicious when she handed it to me…like it should be.

30 minutes to get our meals and then had to take it back twice because the orders were incorrect. When we finally got the correct orders the food was cold.

At 730 pm I went thru the drive thru since the front doors were locked and was told that they weren’t serving chicken tenders for the rest of the evening on a Monday night not sure the policy at this location or when truck delivery schedules are but a didn’t notice the chicken tender time slots either… Bring that I Only saw one car in the entire parking lot I am going to assume they were short handed and my 6 tender order was going to require to much hassle for whatever manager had to stay and close the store ….my kids didn’t talk to me for the rest of the night and I will never return to any Hardee’s because of it .

Their listing on their website, as well as Google, say they open at 5am. I got here at 458. It is now 515 and they still aren’t open. Some random worker just came out from behind the trash can, so i thought they were going to open. Nope. He just wanted to join the other employee sitting on the sidewalk to smoke.
