In 2019 this restaurant was always busy,except for dinner. The dining room was always full at breakfast. This Hardee’s hasn’t had much business at all since the pandemic.

I have always loved Hardee’s especially breakfast but today was the worst! The woman at drive thru was not friendly at all. I got a sausage and egg biscuit and the egg was so cold I couldn’t eat it. I was so looking forward to that too since I haven’t been in a while. It’s very disappointing and seeing how this Hardee’s doesn’t seem like it has a lot of customers you would think they would try to do a little better.

Worker has multiple non work related conversations with employees and didn’t take my order correctly I asked for an Frisco breakfast combo with the sausage and she gave me ham….wow I went back in there and order the same sandwich not combo she let me pay for the sandwich and never question about the recent order paid for 2 orders and never got any recipients….

Jackie the manager on duty the absolute worst display of behavior I have ever seen. While ordering I asked for a sauce was not charged for it. When I asked for the sauce that I should have payed for Jackie. Started yelling through the store. “Make him pay, I don’t put up with this”. Continued yelling at me saying “she not the one” like she was ready for a fight. Paraded through the store yelling for the next 15mins All over a sauce. Sorry human being. FIRE Immediately!

After ordering my food and waiting the manager went on a screaming match with a customer over a sauce the individual already paid for. She was trying to charge them twice. Screaming threw out the store was extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. Top that off the store was nasty, floors in the lobby we’re sticky, bathrooms we’re nasty, etc…

Couldn’t have breakfast with friends at 9 a.m. because the doors were LOCKED. Watched one gal walk up to the building with a cigarette in her hand to bring food out to a car WITH the lit cigarette still in here hand. She then went in and locked the door.

The staff did not open the doors because the manager had the day off. Watched several people attempt to get in but the lazy staff kept the doors locked. I also watched one of the staff deliver food to a car waiting at the curb with a lite cigarette in her hand.
