9:30pm. Supposed to be open u tip 10pm. Lights off on building, doors locked, drive thru lights turned off, employee leaning over the drive through window drink area playing on phone, three younger people sitting inside the store. Meanwhile, McDonald’s across the street has cars out in the road waiting to get through their drive though and parking lot packed. Ridiculous Hardees! Do better! If you don’t want customers, close the store. Quit paying employees for doing absolutely nothing.

I am a truck driver and cannot drive through the drive-through with a 13‘6“ tall truck every time I walk to this location the front doors have been locked. They will not answer you if walk up to the drive-through and nor do I want to this. Attention this is not how to run a business, if you wanna stay in business and compete with the McDonald’s across the street maybe you should open your doors to the public!

The food is great! But I’m sorry that does not give Ms. Jasma (very nasty rude person) to speak to you like you’re beneath her. The entire inside of the store was closed. We knocked and knocked. No one answers. soo I went back to the drive through where my husband was waiting for our food. I asked why the doors were closed and received a rude response ” because we’re closed”. I’m like but the hours of operation say it’s open now. She replies ” our floor is closed. We’re not staffed so we’re closed”. I said oh ok I didn’t know I’m just passing through… She said ” were closed rudely and more forcefully” I was shocked by her tone. But this shouldn’t have surprised me when she was like this when we were at the drive through as well.. very impatient as we tried to order. We’ve never been there before but she didn’t care. She should be fired! Asap. Apparently everyone knows how she is that’s local because the drive through was empty! That should have tipped me off. The two stars is for the food only. She can kick rocks!

Bathrooms were gross. Stood at the counter for at least 5-10 mins while staff ignored us. They Finally took our order (which was messed up) While filling our drinks 5-6 more customers walked in. The employees locked the doors. Which locked all of us inside also. Literally had to ask an employee to let us out. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Although the food wasn’t bad tasting, my husband and daughter got the wrong burgers. This place should be shut down.

At this location at 400 pm on 4/10/23. Female worker was sitting in dining area with all doors locked. We were in large rv could not drive thru walked up to drive thru no one responded. At 430 pm a second worker pulled in, went in building then came out on parking lot where he stood for 20 minutes. Looks like he punched in and walked out. At least 20 cars turned away due to doors being locked!!! And then when I called workers rude on phone!!! Poorest place I’ve ever been to!!!!!

It was hard to hear the person in the drive-thru. They made the food quick. The worker keep repeating there self. I paid with a card and they forgot to give the card back, so we had to wait and ask for it back. The burger was big and the fries were hot. The service was bad but the food was good.

After leaving McDonald’s across the street for poor service we pulled up to this location. It was 9:15 a.m. and the lobby doors were locked and only the drive-thru was available. There were 4 vehicles in front of us and we were I. Line for 10 minutes and not one order was taken. We exited the line and began to drive past the drive-thru window and heard the guy at the order speaker yelling for someone to take his order.

I would give zero stars if that were an option because they didn’t try. The door is locked, even though it’s 2 hours until they close. And there was some adolescent walking around in the dining area telling me how the drive-thru is open, but I’m walking there from across the street, And then they say I can’t walk through drive-through.
