The two double cheeseburgers I purchased were awful! The bread was hard, and around the edges was hard. I called back and spoke to a manager on shift about the food. She told me the food was fresh and she watched the guy fix it. If that was fresh, I don’t want to see stale!

My wife and I go there at least, twice a week for breakfast! She loves a number 2, with a Coke, adds cheese grits, the 2nd combo on the menu here in Gaston, S.C. is an omelet biscuit. I usually have the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with the occasional change of heart and get there slamming biscuit and gravy! I’d recommend it to family and friends and encourage them to visit and try the food. It’s a very friendly atmosphere with well trained employees.

Hardee’s opens at 5am? I went through the drive through this morning, no one ever came on the speaker after waiting 5 minutes so I drove around to the window then I sat there for another 5 minutes watching a worker pour liquid into a machine and was never acknowledged, so I drove off. Any other time I’ve had good and speedy service but this put a bad taste in my mouth!

There’s not many left hut this a good one. Near interstate 77 so easily accessible. The food is usually hit and the service is mostly quick. I mainly go for breakfast because I love me some biscuits

They always forget to give straws or some part of my order. They also really need to check their drink machine as the last few times I have got sprite it was just carbonated water and no flavor.

I am an employee here and they make us work in heat we have no AC in the back but it we say we want to leave they say we will be terminated but isn’t it employees right to work in a safe and comfortable environment? Not at this location

Coffee had grounds all in the cup asked for a new one and she just stared at me. Food was forgotten so had to go back. Very unprofessional and rude. I always go to this Hardee’s for my employees but this will be the last breakfast trip.

I went to the drive thru of this Hardee’s. I was given a 16 oz drink, not the standard 20 oz tha comes with a small sized combo. When I got home, I saw that there were onion and tomato “scraps” used on my sandwich.
