It was fast service but maybe too fast. I ordered the breakfast platter with bacon add sausage and ham and I didn’t get the sausage or ham. Paid extra and didn’t get what I ordered. I just got off work so I waited until I got home to get it. I won’t leave without checking next time. Slow down because I will be looking for my extras if I ever go back

Food was good.. One of the staff brought their daughter that kept bothering me and running around the place. She eventually sat down then got back up again. Her mother did NOTHING to discipline her (you could easily tell who her mother is becauseshe would bother you too but not as bad). Why would you bring your 5 year old snotty kid (this kid looked sick) to work? Customers are NOT your babysitter.

I was going to order food for 5 people but needed to use the restroom first. The door was locked to it so I figured it was just a 1 stall. So I waited my turn. 5 minutes go by and I shake the handle to let whoever know to hurry up. NOTHING. Waited another 5 minutes and shook the handle really loud and finally heard some movement in there. The lady opened the door and it was an employee! She must have decided to take her break in there. I was so frustrated that we left and went to McDonald’s. This place has plenty of room in there to have more than 1 stall.

Drive-thru. Ordered 3 piece chicken tenders and a medium diet coke. $8.26. The tenders were shriveled, over-cooked hard little pieces. They were barely warm. I was eating as I was passing thru on my way home from out-of-town, or I would have taken them back. The worst Hardee’s chicken tenders I’ve ever had! Very disappointed.

I ordered chicken tenders and got chicken nuggets. When I joked about that when I went back to the counter to get the dipping sauce they also didn’t give me the woman at the counter took them back and slammed them into the trash so hard it echoed through the restaurant. After that, 2 others I was riding with ended up waiting for their chicken sandwiches for multiple times as long as it should have taken even if they had none and had to drop frozen chicken after taking the order.

Visited 4/16/23 @ 1:20pm ish and it was awful in all categories. First a nasty attitude when ordering like it’s an inconvenience. Then we waited 14 minutes at the window as no one was there with zero feedback on what was the delay. I worked fast food when younger and know how long a fry drop takes or to cook a burger. Then after all this time you’d think we would have gotten hot fries and Burger. Oh no, we got ice cold burgers with Luke warm fries. Almost $50 worth of inedible food.

Worst service, and definitely not friendly. Just rude. Comes to the window with an attitude, even on the slowest time in the afternoon and they all mad. Its an easy job. I worked for hardees before. I know its easy. Go get a job that you like. If you don’t want to be there QUIT!!!! ITS A SHAME. YOU MAD YOU HAVE TO WORK.
