Arrived this morning to the manager standing behind the counter praising one employee and yelling at another. The young receiving the ire of the manager was overwhelmed by a very busy time. May have been her first time? The manager, instead of helping, yells out for people in Walgreens across the street hear, that she was taking over this ladies duties and apologizes for the orders taking so long because of this lady. Piss poor leadership equals disaster.

It was inside service station, 2 hamburger meals cost $21, manager fussed at cashier cause he handed out too many napkins lol! I think $21 for 2 meals should easily cover for 10 napkins! She hollered at him loud enough for everyone to hear smh

Love the new manager! She is doing great at getting food out quickly and the team of employs motivated and moving faster. The atmosphere is so much better than it was before. Keep up the good work Hardee’s employees in Redbank. Use to give a one star but today I give them a four stars as so much improvement has been made.

Ordered 2 double burgers, one mushroom double burger and one bacon double burger, both were singles with only one burger patty in each, ordered 2 ham and cheese sandwiches each only had one thin slice of ham in them and no straws for the drinks. The burgers were disgusting, sliding off the buns, buns looked like someone squeezed them, just a complete mess! Will never go here again! $33 for 2 single burgers and 2 ham n cheese with only one slice of ham in each and it was so thin you could see through it! Very disappointed. I can sympathize with places being short staffed , and I do not mind waiting, but to wait 10 minutes to receive half of what you paid for is completely unacceptable ! Can people not read or count any more? A double burger has 2 burger patties not one! Save your money! Do not go here!

Good food but no ice cream or shakes at this location. Usually I have to wait about 7 minutes for apple turnover. Cookies are very small. They had 1 apple turnover from the morning but it was almost 7:00 in the evening.

Hardee’s makes some of the best breakfast, and its hard to find a location that doesn’t mess it up somehow. I recommend coming here for breakfast over any other place. Staff is great, orders always correct and your biscuit will be made fresh.

I like Hardee’s hamburgers. But this location never gets my order right. It’s usually missing food. So I stopped going there. Last week I was running errands and wanted to get something to take home. I decided to try them again. I went through the drive through. I ordered two Hardee’s hamburgers plain. Absolutely nothing but the burger and a bun. And one Hardee’s hamburger all the way except no cheese. I had to pull forward and waited 8 minutes for them to bring it out. I checked the bag. There were 3 burgers in there. Ok, so I got everything or so I thought. I got home, one of the burgers was plain, so far so good. The other two were all the way with cheese. I tried scraping the cheese off. And ate what I could. The other burger was thrown in the trash. I paid over 19.00 for these 3 burgers and threw one away. I will not be going back ever again.
