This place needs new workers and management. I went in today ordered a meal and it took over 45 minutes to get my food! The place wasn’t even busy the 3 workers that were working were just talking in the back while they could’ve been making food. I had a horrible experience today at this location. Also I ordered a burger with no condiments and they gave me condiments when I specifically asked for none. My experience was horrible they need to fix this. I also saw them drop a milkshake and then put it back in the freezer.

The lady that took my oder was fabulous. But that nasty biscuit was run through the microwave and I had 1/2 of a egg that was old and brown on the edges from sitting in the pan to long!!! This is why I don’t go to Hardee’s at 10am if I want a biscuit because they will not give you fresh food at this point!!! I mean 5.00 for one biscuit come on. And I went because I was craving it!! Just to get nasty I should not have to take my food back although I didn’t Do that today I didn’t have time!!!

9/10/22 5:10 pm. Waited over 15 minutes for a cold hamburger that was not what i ordered or how I ordered it. They gave me a cheap burger instead of the one I ordered. Didn’t use my coupon either. There was NO customers inside and only ONE ahead of me in the drive thru. I realize they aren’t very busy for dinner but you would think they would be prepared to wait in the few customers they will get. I realize why no one goes there now. No excuse for such bad service!

Very rude customer service and i have been refused mobile orders on 3 different occasions. & i have shown proof of purchase on all of the occasions…. i also dined in & waited 45 mins on 12 chicken tenders which is unacceptable. I will not be going back unless they make things right or get new management

We went around 9:50 AM, not too crowded. Nice atmosphere. I got the chicken biscuit and the biscuit was awesome but i think since it was a thick piece of chicken, it could’ve been cooked longer.
