Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins and even though they were open according to the front door sign there were absolutely no cars in the parking lot. All lights were on but I saw no people. Very disappointed.

The girl at the window has the personality of an opossum. I ordered a ham biscuit well done and she does not order it that way. The fat on the ham looks like it has never seen any heat and the ham has a raw taste of you don’t get it well done. When I pulled up she didn’t even tell how much it was. She just stands there and expects you to know what you owe her. This has happened on numerous occasions.

I will never give this place my business again this is second time they have ripped me off I just went thru ordered two 9.59 meals Monster roast beef combos total 22.64 I leave drive thru go home an I have two hot ham an cheese an two small fries cold an not worth 22.64 so I try to call well they have no phone number that works listed I refuse to waste my time or gas to drive back up because at this point I would be very rude an someone would be wearing the food the crew leaders an employees are a joke an dont even deserve min wage

This is a really nice Hardee’s. The decor was perfect for this beautiful little mountain town. There’s places to plug in your laptop. The staff is super friendly. Plus they cook their biscuits to perfection. They’re golden brown. I wish I had a picture of the biscuit. But I inhaled it before I had a chance to take one. Haha!

Never too crowded. The food is good. The prices are great. Every employee I’ve met so far is friendly. Service can be slow sometimes but that’s only on days when they are understaffed. And it’s always clean inside.

The food at Hardee’s is very good. The breakfast is delicious. But you better get there early. Due to the shortage of people wanting to work, they close at 2:00PM until they can get a new evening crew. I don’t understand what is going on. Several times I have wanted to eat here but they were Closed due to lack of staff. It seems to be a real problem at several other places.
