Stopped by here on the way home from a trip to Asheville. I really enjoyed the Hardee’s in Greenville when I lived there. I’ve been craving the tenders with the Honey Q sauce and was glad to see it on the menu! To my surprise the cashier said they didn’t have that sauce and never had it! The tenders were hot and fresh. The breading was different than I remembered. The fries were warm and semi fresh. The bathroom was clean and stocked. Plenty of parking.

I’d give no stars at all if I was able! Our food came out after waiting forever! And the burgers were horrible! Meat was dried out and cold! Cheese not melted and fries were cold! We were only passing thru and ate in the car or we would have returned for a refund! Had to get more food down the road! $38 worth of food and we had to toss it out! Do NOT recommend!

Ordered 5 double cheeseburgers and fries through the drive though and got told they were cooking and that we needed to pull up and wait. No big deal if it was worth the wait. Waited 30 minutes to get 5 completely different cheeseburgers. Only one actual double cheeseburger with everything on it. The others were missing lettuce, pickles, onions, and tomatoes. The burgers were also cold so we waited 30 mins just to receive cold food. The one full double cheeseburger was decent and the fries weren’t terrible.

Went through drive thru around 5:30, very little business. I sat at that window for a full 5 minutes. Finally, get my (cold??) WRONG order. I understand when you’re busy. I have worked fast food. However, there were 2 cars in the parking lot, and I was the only car in the drive-thru. At 5:30 PM? Don’t think I will be back.

Long wait for the biscuit and there was no line. The AC wasn’t working or it was turned way up. The overall cleanliness wasn’t great. Not that all Hardee’s are bad. But this location needs some attention.

The meat patty in our sandwiches apparently had been pre-cooked and sitting around because it was barely lukewarm. The counter person seemed to be the manager and was loudly barking orders to the staff and could be heard throughout the restaurant. There’s another Hardee’s a few miles away so I would not go back to this one.

My husband and I went in. It’s been months since we’ve been here. Food was awful tenders were old. Plus the fries were cold even the second time our food was cold. First and last time we go. No wonder people don’t go there.

Where do I start. The cashier Cyrus, did not greet us even after I said hi how are you… we told him dine in, ordered and then waited…funny we were the only customers in the store. Another guy came in ordered and got his food before us. 5 cars in the drive thru got their food 1st. When my husband went back up to the counter I heard, OH where is my frisco….oh why am I waiting do long. Then they put it in a Togo bag, we said dine in. When asked we were told oh we only put the food in bags. Really??? We watched Cyrus go sit down and play on his phone. Gets better, fries were cold, my burger was hard. When we went to leave, we had to ask for medium lids and were told, we don’t have any. REALLY? Then how are you giving out medium drinks in the drive thru? Someone came out and handed us to lids and said we are really low on lids so are saving them for the drive thru. I will say the young man who was emptying the trash did greet us before we walked in, I wish I got his name HE needs a raise. I will not be back to Hardee’s again.
