Not too happy here. Ordered 2 hot dogs for my husband with relishing raw onion. Charged me $4 and change. I pulled away looked in the bag. Had 1 hot dog with chili and raw onions. I backs up and said what is this? She said it’s chili. I told her I just had a conversation with you about relish and onion. She said we don’t have relish. REALLY??? So I paid another $4 And change for a hot dog with raw onion, Ridiculous! I miss that hot dog guy in Shallotte!!!

Big Hardee burger: where do I begin… I had a BOGO coupon, thought I’d try it. Ordered via drive thru but was asked to pull forward to wait for my order. 7 minutes later, a staff member brought it to the car and apologized when handing it to me. At the time, I didn’t know why. Initial presentation was neat. Plenty of napkins. Opened the wrapper to find the burger a bit over cooked. First bite: too much bun and the bread wasn’t soft. Meat had nice flavor but was dry and not warm at all. Delightfully crunchy lettuce but they were super stingy with the special sauce. I felt the sandwich needed pickles and onions and a LOT more sauce or something juicy… I didn’t even need the napkins. Definitely didn’t rock my world and not even in the same league of a BMac. Overall, having a fresh sandwich could’ve changed the experience, idk. Lastly, I want to comment about the clear gloves worn by employees. When are those changed? What’s the purpose? I saw staff package food with the same gloves used to tap on the order monitor. Also, the employee that brought my food to the car was wearing gloves, but he also wore the gloves back into the building using them to open the handle to the door. Did he change those once he was back inside? IDK.

Ordered on app. Sat in line about 10 minutes. Told to pull up and they would bring it out. 25 minutes later a guy comes out, empty handed. They don’t know what I ordered. Wants receipt. I bring up on phone what I ordered. 10 minutes later he comes back out with most of my food. Not all. I got fries instead of mashed potatoes. No apple pie. The dark meat chicken was DRY!! It was not good. And the “free” sandwich looked like a 3 year old made it Had nothing I asked for on it. A total waste of time and money. I wrote to Hardee’s corporate. Still haven’t heard a single word from them. Evidently they could care less. A bad experience. Maybe I should stay away from Hardee’s from now on.

Person who took my oder was so polite and courteous. Took her time and thanked me for my business. I don’t do fast food too often but I will go back to this Hardee’s. Worth the visit!

Most of the time the orders are correct and the food is hot. However, today we ordered 2 bacon biscuits with cheese for just over $8. The biscuits were dark, there was no cheese that we paid extra for, and the biscuits had two small pieces of bacon on them. Combining the bacon of both barely filled one biscuit.

Not at all a good experience. My husband’s burger was ice cold and waited 15 minutes for a replacement to find out that it was given to someone else. Witnessed 3 other orders get mixed up. Another guest asked where their food was and was told I don’t know we put it up and someone else must have took it. Bad management, could here all the complaining and negativity from the staff in the dinning room. Bad service, cold food and a disgusting bathroom. For our first Hardee’s experience. Will not be trying it again.

I only ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with no ketchup & onion rings and was pulled up to park and watched cars order and receive their order but yet it took almost 45 minutes to get my order, the double cheeseburger was cold & didn’t have any bacon on it & omigosh I had to literally search for the beef patties which were so small that it didn’t make any sense. The only thing that was hot was the onion rings. Needless to say I won’t be returning to Hardees in Shallotte anymore,worst ever service.

Very rude employees and bad service especially with me being the only one standing in there for 15 minutes and and they would fix the drive thru orders but not mine and I only had an 8 piece chicken meal. I asked for my money back being the manager was very rude from the get go. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I can’t say enough how great the employees at this Hardee’s are! So friendly, and never have they gotten an order wrong not once and we go at least once a week! Place is clean, even the parking lot!

What a waste of time we ordered the 2 fish sandwichand 5 tenders we had to wait 15 mins for our order. 2hike the man next to us that ordered 2 star meals had already been waiting 2o mins for his order. So much for fast-food. I don’t know if I will be back if this is how they are going to be.
