There were so many people behind the counter, but how many were actually working? Took a long time for the food to come out and people who came in after us, got served first. There were no special orders with anyone in our group. The burgers were good, but dry. And the burgers were not as big as usual. Are they cutting back? Worst experience ever at a Hardee’s. 20 minutes to get my order and the burger was awful. The bun was stale in the meat was thin cold and dry, the lettuce was brown and wilted and the piece of tomato I got was the white center that I had to remove.. The place was empty yet we waited 20 minutes for our food. Now I understand why it was empty. Won’t be back. Wanted to leave no stars but I couldn’t comment otherwise.

Worst experience ever. This was last straw I see why they are not getting business. Went here because I was short on lunch time and there was no line in waiting. Order a #2 combo. I would think my food would be hot and fresh, quite the opposite. My fries were ice cold as though they have been sitting al morning. My burger was half done and cold as if it were just sitting. I even order apple turn over and it was not even warm. Just horrible horrible horrible. Wasted my lunch and when I tried to call the store to bring to attention they wouldn’t answer the phone. I call 6 different times the phone got pick up but noone said anything and would thing hang up. Store doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I should have went across the street to McDonald’s at least my fries would have been hot

If I could put negative stars I would, sweet tea tasted like someone put chewing tobacco in it and made me throw up the food I just bought, had to call 7-8 times to even get someone to answer the phone, then the lady that answered tried to act like there was no way it could taste like Tobacco, why would I lie about that?
