Customer service was ok. I wasn’t greeted, and it was hard to hear the cashier. I asked for information on the new Philly Cheesesteak and the manager had to come to the front to answer. I received the new Philly Cheesesteak combo promtly. I was charged $.27 for Buffalo sauce after asking for it.

I ordered two steak biscuits, my favorite. Both were warm not hot. It kind of changes the whole taste and texture of it. Also Hardee’s has the worst app. I don’t think you can use it in the store. It is only through mobile. Try catching up with McDonalds.

I have gone to Hardee’s in Wendell twice this week. BOTH times they have messed up my orders. The first time I asked for a big cheese burger combo and I got a Hardee’s burger combo. Second time, I asked for a double HAMBURGER plain – got the food with cheese and everything on the hamburger! We’ve tried to give Hardee’s a break but when the line at McDonald’s is wrapped around the building and no one is in line at Hardee’s, that says a lot!!!

Tried the fried egg on a sausage, egg, cheese biscuit it was just like biting into a piece of rubber! I was totally disappointed I tried calling back to speak with the manager and the phone stayed busy!! That explains the super quick service

New Hardee’s location. The staff was very nice, but as others have complained the service was on the slow side, not so slow that I wouldn’t go back. Restaurant was clean. I would eat here again.

This establishment is fairly new and the manager here, a middle aged black female, feels like an Aunt that you just love chatting with. She’s so kind and you can tell the staff respect her! You can see them working together! She tells them, thank you – by name when they come through with her request! That is SOMETHING I’VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE!!!! My food is normally hot, but if something isn’t quite right, they fix it with no problems! The Food, Service, & Atmosphere are all good!!

The food is great but I’m more accustomed to the Hardee’s of the 1980s. You would always see a group of old men gathered for hours at a time. One of which had went number 2 in his trousers.
