Terrible service. Got there at 11am on Saturday and wanted to order 2 orders of biscuit and gravy and was told they were too busy to make our order since it just turned lunch time even though there’s a big sign that states breakfast till noon on Saturday and Sunday for certain items which biscuit and gravy are in the included items and we were still told they were too busy and there was maybe 3 people in the dining room and 2 cars in the drive thru. Then we stood at the front counter for another few minutes being ignored so we left.

I was ignored being the next person in line. 3 women were behind the counter, one was helping the people beside me, one was just walking around and one looked at me, then took up a clipboard and I was ignored. Once the ppl beside me were done, (they asked for some sauce that had to come from the back, 2 of the ladies went to get their sauce) the lady helping them then asked me what I wanted while not even looking at me. Not hey thanks for the wait or how can iIhelp you, only “what do you want”I asked for 2 cups for water, was given them while the lady started walking away. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I and the ppl beside me were the only ones in the restaurant and no one was at drive thru. In saying that, I feel the service should have been better. I even waited in the parking lot before going in and observed it wasn’t busy. Maybe it was an off day, but doesn’t replace kindness.

I live right by this location and everytime i go in there the employees are so downright NASTY!!!!! Even the manager Anita is a despicable person who acts like I’m inconveniencing her when I come to eat because she’s having to do her job!!!!! I understand being understaffed but if you’re that miserable at your job everyday find a new one.

The clerk did not listen when my husband placed the order. Both burgers came out with patty, cheese and bun only. One was to have no tomato,otherwise complete with everything. The other was to have no tomato, no ketchup, no mustard. I’d have thought there would be lettuce, pickle and maybe onion? Then I bit down on a bone on my burger…lucky not to break a tooth! Not a good experience.

First of all. the food was cold the fries tasted like they were fried in 20 year old oil and the bread looks and tasted stale the whole Hardee’s was nasty. floors tables drink stand and even the employees look dirty. it’s just plain disgusting. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO STEP UP THEIR GAME.(I couldn’t even finish this disgusting food) TIME AND MONEY WASTED.

Hardees in Lillington NC is the WORST. Absolute worst customer service. Ordered a biscuit as it comes, told it would be 15 minutes, or I could take the one that was messed up for the previous customer. I drove off. Thats twice in a row they had a terrible attitude and nothing I was trying to order. I literally drove off with nothing.
