Yeah place is pretty nice and that’s where the positives end. Slow service with 0 rush in the drive-through and by the way it’s only a drive-through restaurant. Would probably be more successful of a place Without the limited menu depending on how the employee feels that day. After 6 PM the menu is based on what is already cooked. For an old burger and cold fries this is your place. Culvers is ten minutes away And I would rather walk there and pay tripple!

11/11/22 update. Went by today and got an angus burger. $5.99 plus tax or $9.99 combo. Wow! For a lukewarm burger. Lesson learned I just can’t eat here. Plus the NC Sanitary Rating of 88 says enough.

It was the worst fast food I can remember. The fries tasted like they were made yesterday and warmed up in a microwave. Very limp and squishy, only a little warm. The chicken sandwich also looked and tasted like it was made yesterday. Very greasy too. All it had between the bun was a piece of old chicken, 3 pickles, and a bunch of mayonnaise. This place is kind of in the middle of nowhere so maybe they do recycle leftover food from the day before. At least it didn’t get me sick. The Dr Pepper tasted good.

Ok for a quick snack when blood sugar is dropping. Always check toppings for spoilage and bread for mold before you eat. Tomatoes are hard and not ripe today, but maybe that was all they had. Slimy and starting to rotting lettuce on this trip.

This was by FAR the best Hardee’s I have ever been to. I actually love this brand and enjoy their food. However, their service sometimes keeps me away. This location has everything going right. There was a very minimal wait at the drive thru and both staff members were very polite. This is not near my house, but if I am in the area this will absolutely be one of my dining choices.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Leandra, has a horrible attitude towards customers. I came through the drive thru to make my order. I finished ordering one combo and the quickly cut me off gave me my total and told me to come around. When i told her i had more orders to place, she gave me a horrible attitude and just said’ Come to the second window.” I insisted and said I have more orders to Place and she says ” OKAY I SAID COME TO THE SECOND WINDOW!” At this point I was really thrown off by her attitude. When I pulled up to the window per her instructions, I asked her if she had a menu there that I could look at since I still had 3 more orders to place, and per her instructions she had asked i pull to the second window to continue ordering. When I asked her for a menu she said she didn’t have one I could look at and she said you can either come inside and finish ordering or leave. I told her how horrible her attitude had been and she proceeded to tell me I was welcome to leave IF i didn’t like it.

Unfortunately the food was thrown out. Burger was overcooked but the huge amount of mayonnaise on the sandwich made it just gross. The fries were fine and service was quick, however $10+ for a small fries and soda is way too expensive, cause the sandwich went into the trash bin.
