After waiting 10 minutes in the drive through, at an otherwise empty restaurant, I found out why no one was eating there. I ordered the big ham and cheese and got back on the interstate. Here is how my big ham and cheese looked. Mind you that the box was pristine so the sandwich was squashed BEFORE it went into the box. I decided that I had no idea what else had been done to it so I threw it away. I’m always extra nice and polite to drive through workers, in hopes of avoiding this stuff. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU KEEP DRIVING, DON’T STOP HERE.

Good food! It’s a bit more pricey than other fast food restaurants, but I think it is definitely well worth it once a month or so. George monster burger is pretty good, as well as their fries and most of the limited time menu options they offer. Now the milkshakes are heaven! Nice people there as well, and they are still pretty timely when there are a lot of customers.

Christmas Eve, store hours said until 7 pm. Arrived at 5:51 pm and dining area was closed. Went through drive through and ordered. After waiting 10 minutes, the person who brought my food had on a pair of slides, pajama bottoms and tank top. I was short 2 fries. When I walked in same person said you’re missing a fry and laughed. I said you actually owe me 2 and she said Merry Christmas very rudely and gave me my fries. I got home, and I get my dogs double cheeseburgers plain but they had mustard and ketchup. One of my burgers was chicken tenders and my daughters burger had no meat. I went back to the store and demanded they correct my order. Same person said they were closed and I said not until 7 and it was now 20 minutes til. She said Merry Christmas and she would refund my money. I said no you will replace my incorrect order as my family will now eat cold food. She called me a b**** and went and hid at the window. The cook came and advised he could guarantee there was meat on that burger and I asked if he was calling me a liar and he just shrugged his shoulders. I said as he was the cook what part of double cheeseburgers, cheese only ON THE RECEIPT, did he not get as it had mustard and ketchup. I finally got my food and demanded corporates information girl in the pajamas said they would call her when they were back. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to ANY Hardees to eat if this is what they are employing.

Stopped there on my way though worst place ever workers were rude and snappy at all the costumers food was very bad. All had on different hoodies and were yelling at each other. The bathroom were the worst I ever seen. I have seen a pottery cleaner than the bathroom was. Definitely would it recommend this place to anyone.

We don’t eat fast food – once in a blue moon we’ll take one of those coupons you get in the mailbox, and give it a try. Honestly the best burgers we have ever had at a fast food place. I know they cooked it right then, because we had to wait a few minutes. There were no other customers there, so they took their time and did it right. We’ll do this one again. (Nice coupon too = 50% OFF whole ticket)

This restaurant has a long standing habit of confirming mobile orders and then loosing them so as to not have to make it. Don’t waste your time going to this Hardee’s unless you are left with no option…… UPDATE 11-7-21 Went in to pick up food and was ignored for ten mins only to find that my food was bagged up behind counter getting cold. The fat ,blonde shift manager was so rude that people left the restaurant without even ordering.

One of the best Hardee’s experiences I’ve had in a while. The food was served hot and fresh. That did take an extra couple of minutes, but was well worth not getting food from under a heat lamp like typical fast food restaurants. The staff worked as a team with purpose to make my dining experience a good one.
