Absolutely horrible customer service. Didn’t ask what drinks we wanted for our meals, or what sauces for the tenders. Gave us all the same drink, which is fine, but it was the drink they picked instead of asking us. Fries were ice cold, & stale. Then left out some of our food, & when my husband went back inside to get it, they didn’t apologize or anything, & argued with him over it. Very hateful. No wonder this place doesn’t have much business, considering we were only ones left in line & nobody was behind us when we ordered & got our food.

Went to the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of us. We ordered 2 hot ham & cheese sandwiches and hand breaded chicken sandwich and a chocolate shake. After sitting in line for 15 minutes we get to the window and they give us the shake which is milk not ice cream and ask us to pull up their cooking our chicken fresh. We pull up about 8 minutes later they bring out the food. The chicken is burnt and the girl who brought the food out smelled so much like weed that the smell could have knocked you down. Not sure how Hardee’s could be making any money at this store with service like this.

James was very friendly, but my $8 chicken sandwich was inedible. Bun was stale, onions were rotten, and chicken seemed like it’d been under a lamp for days. With as long as it took them to prepare, I assumed it was being fried fresh. The best part of the whole $8 was the $0.70 lettuce and the $0.50 tomato, and the pickles. I am so tired of being ripped off by fast food restaurants.

Very likely you’ll eat a fly in this place. The shakes were half full, the staff was rude and pretended not to be able to hear. The sauce for the chicken was spoiled and previously opened. Despite the sauce clearly stating “buttermilk ranch”, those words seemed foreign to them. Horrible.

Restaurant has been remodeled, but food prices are much more expensive. The food we ordered (hamburger and fries) was cold, and the hamburger was slightly bigger than a hockey puck. The chili dog had no chili on it at all. This was a take out order and not a single napkin was provided. Improved looks and remodeling do not mean that the food has been improved.
