Small town fast food place… you never know what you are going to get. You might get a nice young person taking your order or the place might have a few sketchy looking workers. If it’s slow, some of the workers are probably standing out on the sidewalk taking a cigarette break. Honestly the food here is not bad for fast food, most of the time. Breakfast time has its regular crowd of older folks eating and talking. Never will forget the time Charlie pee’d in the pickle jug, but that was 30 years ago when we were all in high school, so maybe it’s all good now

Excellent service! Visited your Pilot Mountain location on the evening of June 30th. The man who took our order was friendly, our food was hot, the tomatoes on our sandwiches actually tasted like tomatoes, the fries were perfect, and nothing was forgotten from our order. We had to pull up and wait a few minutes, but this was expected, as we had a large order. We’ll definitely make the trip from Mt. Airy to eat there in the future.
