Evening manager is just rude and mean all the time. I asked nicely if they could cook me a fresh apple pie. Cashier said yes boss said no she just cooked some. That pie was soft as a baby’s butt. When there fresh there always crispy and crunchy. I have that issue with her numerous times. I mean cooking a fresh pie,how hard could that actually be. Oh I forgot to mention she snatched the old out my hand. Just rude as usual. I also told her I had no problem waiting 6 or 7 minutes.i just wanted a fresh pie. 1 other thing. Kids in there playing more than work. Train your team to work not play (I noticed alot of playing while waiting on my food.) I really think the kids irritate her then she takes it out on customers. Just pitiful. Probably be while b4 I ever eat there again.Shes one of the reasons I barely go there now.

The food is really good and good service, but I witnessed a male cook smack a female cashier on the butt and she looked very uncomfortable and tried to back away but the male cook kept trying to touch her. Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant in Rockingham County. Been there 3 times in the last month and all 3 times they got my order wrong. This is their example of a large French Fry that I just got in the drive-thru. They are also sooooooooo slow.
