Went through the drive thur. @9.45 p.m no response from the employee inside drove up to the window she’s wouldn’t even come to the window to say she had closed early very poor customer service in my opinion. Being local I’ll certainly remember this before returning again.

Awesome Friendly and extrenly positive staff! Even though they were out of stock on some of the items we ordered online. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were satisfied. The food wS prepared perfectly. This was one by far 1 of my favorite Hardee’s stops. Definitely the food highlight of my trip so far.

I was so sad, I waited at least 15 minutes total for my chicken tenders. Opened the box and they were barely even warm! Rather than risk food poisoning, I just ate the fries & tossed the chicken in the trash. Wasted time & money. I will go somewhere else next time. And I love their chicken! So sad!!!!

Staff is always nice and at breakfast they’re on point but they always seem to forget things during lunch/dinner which is honestly shocking because they’re never busy then. Breakfast is their busiest time.

The cashier was friendly and polite. The food prep person needs to pay more attention to the orders though. The last few times we’ve gone there they have made the burgers wrong even though it was entered correctly by the cashier.
