The restaurant wasn’t that busy but it took awhile to have my order taken. I got the wrong sandwich but didn’t realize until I was already back on the road so I didn’t go back to have it corrected. My fries were ok but not fresh. The burger was really salty for some reason. I don’t recall the burgers here having that much salt. I ended up only eating half of it.

Update.. I am not sure what has happened to the Hardee’s hamburger the last two I have gotten just sucked they are dry like popcorn the taste has changed I don’t know what the company has changed but even the fries are dry . This is my last purchase and I won’t be back unless they return to the quality they used to have . Worst burger and fries ever. And this was my second time from 2 separate locations. Yuck yuck!!!!! I purchased the original cheese with fries. This was my favorite burger…..I am so disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

I came there for breakfast this morning. I’ve never had really an issue before today but Seriously this was ridiculous. So I know I had a large order of 3 chicken biscuits, a ham egg cheese biscuit and a Frisco sandwich biscuit. So they tell me to pull forward. We wait about 10 mins. And no order. I go in and the lady says they still have 2 mins on the chicken, im exasperatedand tell her, Ok but I have to get someone to work like 5 minutes ago, so I go out to let them know they still have 2 mins and they already have less than 10 now to get to work. I go back in and the Woman working says OH the chicken lady is back. I’m like excuse me? She asks me if I’d like my order now? And I’m like yes that’s what I’m here for. And I still have to wait like 5 mins while they get it ready. So I wasted almost 20 minutes here because the KAREN behind the counter wanted to be a smart@$$ with me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER COME BACK.
