Ordered two three piece chicken tenders combos. Waited 15 minutes and didn’t get our orders. Five people who ordered their food after me (one of which ordered chicken strips) all got their orders and I’m still waiting. I asked nicely and the cashier unkindly told me it would be another two minutes. That didn’t happen either. After the 20 minute mark I finally asked for my money back. Very poor customer service. All the employees I saw acted like the were in a daze. Won’t ever stop there again.

Saw the car I’m front of me wait at the drive thru for ~5min before someone answered. They finally spoke and apologized. I then pulled up and no answer for 4 min. Out of coffee. Out of milkshakes. Three stars though because they did make some fresh coffee on the spot for me (without me asking), and the burger was great.

I have always enjoyed eating here. I guess everywhere has an off day. Today was here. I know we didn’t get there until 10:30am but there was no coffee in the dispenser so my wife asked at the counter. The man got the cups put coffee in and asked her where the man went, she said the coffee is mine. He handed her the cups. Then she showed me her county ham and it was hard as a brick. Not the service I’m used to here.
