I ordered $15 of food which two of them was steak biscuits and I also got a large super sausage biscuit combo large and I drive home 10 mins to find this as my hashrounds u can see in the pic that there’s no grease stains at all on the carton so it’s not like I eat them driving home it’s a shame when that’s one of the main things I wanted and for once I didn’t eat them while driving like I normally do I decided to wait because if I did I would have noticed earlier and went back . So now I call there phone number and just get a answering machine to leave a message which I won’t get a returned call back .That’s awesome on a Christmas Eve morning

I like Hardee’s, but this place is in need of help. I don’t know if the Owner or staff is to blame. The dining area was extra nasty. The floor was so sticky that it nearly kept my wife’s flipflop. Every table was dirty and there was trash on the floor.

This is one of the worst experiences of fast food I have ever witnessed and have been at. The people are slow, half the time they’re never at the place, and they’re not open. The money I have spent here is a joke. You need to shut this place down. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get FAST FOOD.

Food quality has slipped GREATLY over the years I’ve lived in Bedford. Service, especially drive-thru is just non-existent. The help within taking orders and getting cars in and out should be ashamed to call themselves workers. The whole place has become lack luster in all regards and the vibe is they could care less how the customer feels or is served. Just keep pouring money into us and move along.

On my first Veterans Day as a civilian (23) years active duty I went to Hardee’s. I find out the dinning room opens at 9:00 that day by calling inside. I and several others stood at the door in the rain until 9:07am in the rain before leaving. The staff could clearly see us there. Others confirmed the 9:00 am opening as well. I suspect they were too busy with drive though to open the doors.
