I ordered a hamburger meal and chicken sandwich meal both plain through the drive through. Their cook was still in training and he accidentally put everything on my chicken sandwich so I walked in and the blonde lady (who was working inside, drive through, and kitchen) remade my whole meal even though I said it was fine. They were really busy and I feel bad because I’m sure they got quite a few rude customers today. I hope they now they are doing a great job!

The last two visits have not been pleasant. The first time I went for lunch and the food was very very cold and did not seem very fresh. The second visit I sat in drive thru so long I finally got tired of waiting and left. I use to praise this Hardees for being the best around but not anymore, I don’t know what happened something has really changed.

They were very short staffed whiched delayed service. The 2 young ladies working were very apologetic and doing the best they could. The manager should have been in there helping or at a minimum allowed them to close the dining room and just do drive thru service.

Food was good. Service sucked. The girl at the window handing me my food and then slamming the window to go back to her conversation. Not hearing me ask for jelly. Had to honk horn to get her attention. The the one thing I’ve noticed since I’ve moved up here, the people are just different. It’s like friendly customer service stayed in Florida when I moved up here

I’ve been here before for lunch break. Never a bad experience. Customer service always on point as far as cheerfulness goes and today is no exception. Only difference today is I decided to get a sandwich instead on tenders. Don’t normally do sandwiches because most come with cheese but I saw one that had BBQ on it instead. I wasn’t mad at first because the cashier Brittani couldn’t hear me from my side of the vehicle (I deliver mail). She wrong me up for tenders instead of the BBQ chicken. I try to correct them when I get to the window and they repeat the total to me. It should have been around 8 bucks for the total. They then ring me up for a chicken club. This one comes with cheese. I wanted to correct them but they were standing far away so when they came back to hand me my purchase I asked if they wrong me up incorrectly because it said it was a club and it was a 60 cent difference in price since it came with cheese a bacon. I was assured that they were the same thing and it should have no cheese. Trusting them I pull off and what do you know, cheese. So I pull back through the drive through and they correct my order (so I thought) but I am not refunded the difference between the club chicken and BBQ chicken. Not only that but the person making the food literally gives me a chicken sandwich with only BBQ on it. No lettuce and tomato like the picture. Needless to say I am unhappy and was going to circle through for a 3rd time to have them fix it but at this point you question the resteraunt as a hole not just an order being incorrectly wrung up the 1st time and incorrectly made the 2nd time. I don’t like leaving negative comments but I felt it was no other way to vent my frustrations. Part of this is who ever designed the hardees menu. Instead of this menu item being number 12 for both sandwiches it should have been number 12 for the club and number 13 for the chicken. Had that been the case this mix up would have never accored. So if whoever is reads this thinks to reprimand my server brittani they should instead talk to cooperate for the poor choice of design.

Store not only did not fulfill order, but proceeded to give attitude over the phone. Did not place med hash round in bag and was extremely rude when asked to correct themselves. Customer service over the phone was the worst I have ever seen. Def not recommended.
