The chicken blt is excellent. So fresh and hot the oil spurted out of the first bite. The overall menu is limited though to large meal options. Something like mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, or Chilli cheese fries that gives a smaller portion would be nice.

I would give it a zero if I could! Had a terrible experience here this morning. Waited 8 minutes as the OMLY patron inside and walked out without food. They didn’t even fix it! I could not wait any longer and had to leave. There was only 1 vehicle in drive thru when I walked in. Extremely disappointing experience. The Manager was complaining that she “didn’t card if she had a 7 minute time today” because she was “tired” certainly beat that number for my order!

A great place to get breakfast when on the run. However, the burgers are not all that good. That has nothing to with the people working there or locale establishment. It all has to do with Hardee’s changing its patty in 2020 for the burger. Covid hit the world hard but to serve a substandard hamburger patty is wrong. The Hotdogs with Chille, Ham and Cheese, Chicken and Roast Beef stayed awesome. Now the Roast Beef is gone. I understand that a big menu switch is coming. Get it right or loose my business.

Terrible place to order, I watched them fail a audit test for not cleaning there hands properly and they continue to cook food and prepare it with nasty hands , i talked to the manager and he does not give a care in this world either this place needs investigated by the fda and needs shut down for good , IMMEDIATELY!

I walked in and was ignored for 5 minutes. Then I was told, “I’ll be right with you. ” Both women worked the drive-through, taking 4 orders before mine, and I walked out with 4 other people who were also waiting to make an order.

Made a purchase this morning and the customer service I received was absolutely horrible, as I did not expect anything different..I had heard the service the ones in line prior to me had been receiving. I too, am in a profession of working with the public. I remind myself daily and am so thankful for my customers. If it weren’t for them I would not get a pay check. Your attitude can better someone’s day or worsen someone’s day who may be struggling. People…why are you not thankful for your jobs?!
