We came to Hardee’s on the morning of Monday, August 8th. The inside was closed but they had a beautiful open-air dining area located on the ground outside the main entrance. We had to wait in line without a car, but honestly the wait was sobering (literally). Although I paid $12 for Hardee’s, I am not upset. Food is temporary, but these memories will last forever…

This restaurant deserved 0 stars tonight. Slow service and disrespectful manager made for an unenjoyable experience. I understand mistakes happen but sarcastic, rude remarks from management after a 15 min wait for food that was supposed to be ready when I got there was a little much. Especially after newly arriving customers ordered and got their food while i was still waiting. No communication between staff and loud music playing from back where employees were. Unprofessional and will not pick up another doordash from this establishment.

The manager was very rude and very sarcastic. Very slow and not doing anything but listening to music loudly. People that came in before me got their food before me and my drinks was there so long they was water down. They made one man do everything and did not tell him what orders was. Stopped here at 8:30pm, went through the drive thru with 4 vehicles ahead of me. Ordered our food, slow on the service and when I received the food and drove away, I reached in the bag to get my boyfriends hamburger and the wrapper was almost dripping with grease, there was so much grease on the wrapper that I had to wipe my hands off on my shirt, that is totally unexcusable to have the wrapper with that much grease on it, If my boyfriend had any hair. He could have greased his hair back with the amount of grease on the wrapper. Shame on the employees in that establishment for letting that happen.

Sandwich was ok but was made a little sloppy and no one was in line so it had no reason to be rushed. Also the bacon tasted a little weird to both me and my husband. Maybe it was just old but we took it off. The lady working was extremely nice though but she didn’t make the sandwich. It wasn’t that bad overall but could have been better.
