I spent 30 dollars on food for my family at the local hardees. For starters they didn’t have any chicken tenders available, let alone any chicken. Then I had to choose something else they had available. Then I get home and my western bacon burger has no onion rings. I called the store and asked about the issue and the guy that answered the phone said ya sorry I forgot we didn’t have any when I handed the food out. Didn’t offer to replace the sandwich or any compensation. Also they were out of cherry coke only realized after I drove away had to go back to get a replacment drink. It was also overfill on the lid it spilled all over me when it was handed to me. Paid 4 dollars alone for that…

It’s one of the only 24 hour places within 30minutes of bristol so we go here for 12-2am food.. To begin the night staff are extremely rude and just utterly horrible. They’re impatient and mean. They never have anything.. And anytime I’ve come after 1am they’ve told me they give me some speech about how “Breakfast begins at 2 so we won’t be serving you the dinner menu” I’ve never heard of a fast food place that refuses to serve the food during it’s dedicated time.. And it’s not like we came like 10m before 2.. We came at 1:15 ish once, and 1:30 the other time. Both times this older woman rudely said “only breakfast”, you also can’t order over the phone? And every time I’ve ordered through the app it adds a random 10dollars onto a 20 dollar order.

We enjoyed two breakfast platters. They consist of two folded eggs, hash rounds, scratch made biscuit ‘n’ gravy and choice of bacon, sausage, country ham ,country steak, chicken fillet, pork chop,or smoked sausage. We had two senior drinks. We ate for around $15.00 total.

This place is awful at night. The crew that works there are very rude and this is twice they have messed up my order. Half full milkshakes cause they “ain’t got whip cream” then you should fill the milkshake up?? No apologies just said here. And the apple turnovers were covered in salt. Maybe change the oil or something? Very rude people. Food was not edible and milkshake was HALF FULL. Never again.

The drive thru lady Beatrice made the experience really awful tbh. She couldn’t even hide how annoyed she was at us for just asking questions. We were in a good mood until we came here and was taken care of by her. Honestly I just hope she doesn’t spit in our food since she saw me go to scan to leave this review.

Early evening, but doors were locked and drive-thru was the only option — and even then, I was informed they had no straws! Hardee’s may have good food, but this place sucks.

Went through the drive thru, ordered one cheese quesadilla and 3 tacos. Got home – had a chicken quesadilla. The tacos had about a teaspoon or less of meat with some wilted lettuce sprinkled over it. $12+. Threw it all in the thrash. Wasn’t worth even trying to eat. Never again will I go here!

This Hardee’s has been a long time family favorite. Breakfast is very busy here. I picked up a bag lunch choosing fries, hot ham and cheese sandwich, 2 chocolate chip cookies and a drink. All for $6, good deal and good food.

Ordered 2 burgers and a drink on the mobile app. Arrived around 2:30 a.m. was then told that they were ONLY serving breakfast. I explained that I already paid, but they still refused. I then canceled my order on the app, and ordered hash browns and a Frisco breakfast sandwich. Food was pretty good, but service was sub-par. I guess customer service goes out the window in the early morning hours.
