THE SLOWEST SERVICE IN THE AREA! I was in drive thru for 20 minutes and I only had 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window I had to listen to the woman complain about her job and how she wishes she could go home while she was moving at a snails pace. I got my food and the tots were cold…the gravy and biscuit was good though so I had to give it 3 stars. Overall….lousy service. Ridiculous!

The food here used to be the best location, but the service continues to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. I waited in the drive thru for a few minutes and after watching two cars pull out of line I decided to go inside thinking it would be faster. I was wrong and should’ve went elsewhere. It took forever for the lady to just take my order. When she finally gave me a cup the drink machine in the lobby was not working so I had to ask someone behind the counter for a drink. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order and when I finally got it the biscuit was not even warm. There was more than enough staff. Two employees were just standing at the screen watching orders appear and two people behind the line who were supposed to be making the orders were just standing there doing nothing. It was pure laziness and the worst service I’ve ever seen.

Would love if there was an option to give no stars! This has to be the absolute worst hardees around!! Showed up at 1035 for breakfast which ends at 11. Sat in drive thru line until 1105! Employee were very rude! Could not tell the difference from a fork vs a spoon! It’s very sad how this place is ran!!!!!! Workers were more interested in swapping for lunch menus then helping get our food to us! Saw a lady counting money at the register inside while 2 others stood and watched. Every time you go there they ask you pull up to a parking spot! This truly sad! You can obviously tell 90% of the people there are under the influence of something and are clearly not in the right mind to be working as well!!!!

After waiting a long while for someone to take our order (there was only ONE CAR in front of us, Might I add).. my mom was in the backseat saying “Hello!?”. The worker came on the speaker using profanity, telling me to stop yelling in her ear. I called back up there to speak with a manager about the worker’s behavior and how we were mistreated, only to find out that the girl who was cursing and being obnoxious was in fact.. A Manager. We went yesterday morning around 9:30 ish for breakfast. That’s a shame that those type of people are working the drive thru.
