The bathroom was filthy. The toilet was running non-stop, wasting a ton of water. I tried to tell someone; however, I stood at the register for about five minutes. No one ever came to the front or spoke to me at all. They weren’t even busy. I was the only customer inside, and there was only one car in the drive-thru. I guess I will spend my money somewhere else.

Every few years we give this Hardee’s another try because it’s close to home. Every single time it is just horrible. Very basic menu orders are almost always done incorrectly. This is the worst Hardee’s in the Roanoke area and I hope they close down like better locations have.

On 5/30 I came through the drive through at 10:50am order a super sausage biscuit and the egg was running with egg whites not cooked an because I work an live on the other side of town I couldn’t make it back that day nor was I told when I called to complain I was told the manager that was there was from another store and he would not be there when I came back for a replacement of food but to come with my receipt and let the manager on duty know and my meal should be replaced!!! Well I went today and was told I had to bring the food back to get a replacement two days ago…rude around with raw eggs YUCK not to mention if that was the case an it wasn’t lunch time 10 mins later I would have went back and got a new well cooked egg and biscuits smh customer service and well cooked food is a MUST to avoid food poison or a law suit!

Went today to get dinner because we haven’t eaten Hardee’s in a while. Everything was terrible the wait at the speaker was forever, the wait to pay took forever and food took even longer sadly it was nasty, cold and wrong also. It all tasted funny and it got taken back for even the second time to not be any better. I never want to eat here again.
