The whole staff had bad attitudes and were very rude. We tried to get some breakfast items, but were on the tail end of breakfast window. They could have told us nicely, but said, “We ain’t got no mo breakfast!” We won’t be back to this location.

This restaurant is never staffed properly, you always wait for your order and ordering chicken for dinner is a joke. They are always out. This has been repeated many times.

I ordered the chicken 2 piece breast and wing. The chicken will so juicy and tender. My friend had the big cheese burger meal and also said it was delicious. Hardee’s is Waverly, Virginia is back on track. The service is outstanding, dining room clean and was have staff still cleaning it instead of standing around. The manager deserves a big pat on the back as well as the staff.

Ordered a Sausage & Egg Biscuit combo for my niece, and a Frisco Sandwich combo for myself because it’s been years since I had one. It and the hash crowns were just as tasty as I remember. The server was friendly, and when I told her she’d forgotten my juices, she jumped right on getting them for me. I was back on the road in under 15 mins, which hasn’t happened on a fastfood order for me in a very long time.

Online order. I went through the drive thru and was told they did not have any cinnamon rolls. I wad told it could be resolved with Apple pies. Not interested. Manager comes to the window automatic attitude. No refunds because it was and online order. Poor management skills. Food no comment. This Hardee’s used to be the best what happened?

Service, extremely slow, don’t have enough employees working. Last time coming here, it sucks. Then, when you call, the manager hangs up on you.

They’ll f@$! You in the drive through. Drinks were more carbonated water than soda. The burgers were over cooked and dry. The french fries were cold. You might get better service inside, but I would avoid the drive through.
