I just left here on 8/29 at 2:55 pm. This place deserves zero stars. I should have left when I saw the person in drive in front of me return food. But I went against my gut. Bad enough an 8 piece chicken meal is $28-29 dollars, I can throw it to inflation. But the drive thru worker gives me water in container as if it was gravy. I didn’t realize until I pulled out of the parking lot. When I pulled back around and asked for it to be replaced, she gives me a stupid look and taps her chin as had to think about what to replace with, which she didn’t want to do. Knowing full well, she handled me a bowl of water. I truly should have gotten my money back for the entire thing. Sometimes you just don’t feel like dealing with more stupidity. If you don’t want chicken cooked in old grease, burnt biscuits and cold box mashed potatoes with water for gravy for $30, go somewhere else. Customer service and this place don’t know each other.

Just showed up at 9:40 to place an order. I was told the item I wanted wasn’t on the menu (Monster Angus burger) at that location and that the they’re closed. I asked what time they closed, and the lady repeated ” we don’t have the Monster Angus burger here”. I said, “that’s not what I asked, what time do you close?”

This place is gets 1 million stars from me. I just want to tell everyone my experience. I had ordered some dinner for me and my family however my credit card was not going through for some reason come to find out I had a bad chip in my credit card so as I parked in the parking lot the manager Jennifer came out and greeted me and asked me was I in the military. I explained to her that I was in for quite a while and told her to places that I had been and then she told me hey no worries your meal is on me. She paid for my whole dinner I was like wow this is crazy thank you. Hardee’s needs to hire more people like her people who care about the American military and what we do for this country. I’ll be contacting corporate and letting them know how my experience was. Once again thank you Jennifer for your hospitality I greatly appreciate it

2nd time ordering online with Hardee’s. Not only had my order not arrived but they were apparently out of what I ordered. I’m down $15+ now because Hardee’s “contact us” on the app leads you to a voice-mail which would’ve been helpful in 1992. Everytime I come here I spend 15 – 20 mins in line. Even if it’s 2 (me being one of them) cars in the drive through. I wasn’t offered an alternative or anything when I showed the email confirming my order. The employee at the register just said, “I don’t even have Steak”. I will drive past this location if I am ever hungry in the future. Hardee’s was my favorite fast-food breakfast but, the customer service has fallen exponentially.
