I would have to say that I did not enjoy my dinner at Hardee’s. I ordered a cheeseburger and added mushrooms onto it. I asked for no onions, and there were onions on my burger. The burger itself didn’t look bad but even pulling the onions off I still had the flavor of onions on my burger. The french fries weren’t bad and I can say that the Sprite was delicious. Unless it’s absolutely necessary, I will not visit this Hardee’s again. The place did look clean and I do like the way the building was built.

Ordered my food in the drive thru. There were no other cars in the drive thru. Paid for my food and was told to pull forward and they would bring it out. 3 cars pulled in the drive thru and ordered. Another vehicle was asked to pull over. They brought their order out to them and the other 2 cars pulled off with their orders. By that time I was sitting for 17 minutes waiting for my order. I backed up to the window and they were all standing around. I asked the girl at the window where my order was. She asked for my receipt. Gave her the receipt and all the workers just stood there looking at it. It took another 5 minutes to get my order. When I did get my food and got home to eat I had to serve my family very badly charred burgers and old fries. Will not go back here again.

I just ate here for the first time. I was surprised they have fried chicken. The cashier her name is Kaya not Kayla… She was friendly and professional. And my food was fresh hot and fast. No complaints

This Hardee’s I was about to completely write off, until now! I don’t know what happened, but service and food have improved 110%. They also have a new coffee that actually tastes great! Now, if we can get them to change the kind of tea they use it will have my 100% business!

I did not receive napkins, ketchup, or a separate bag for my separate order. My hamburger was ordered was the numer 1 meal and it was not good at all. The dinning room has been closed for as long as the building has been there, so I, went through the drive thru.

I used to come to the Waverly location all the time but haven’t been going as much. So when I decided to go back the drive thru was shut down and there was a very long wait for food. My shake barely had any chocolate in it. The employees either seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing due to being new or just doing what kids do. It might be awhile before I go back. The chicken tenders I got were pretty good though, cooked pretty well. A little sad that they haven’t had the hot honey sauce available in months.
