I frequent this Hardee’s and usually everything is good. But this morning I went through the drive thru and when I received my food I was a bit disappointed to see that my large hash brown was more like a small. And when my husband asked the drive thru attendent if it was a large, they respond yes and kept it moving.

We hadn’t been here in years. We thought we’d try it again. The burger bun was very dry and the fries were alot less than stellar. If food suits there more than ten minutes waiting for a customer, they are supposed to throw it out. I think the burgers were not fresh!!! We will not be back.

I wanted to share a recent negative experience we had on Sunday 6/13/21. Where I live in Maryland does not have a Hardee’s near so when we travel to Virginia we look forward to being able to visit Hardee’s. Today the store shared the company decided to stop selling the smoked sausage. This was disappointing as the great biscuit and sausage is a great pair. So we ordered other items but the service was horrible. We asked about a side of bacon to eat along with my sausage platter and attached is what was provided to us for a dollar. The cashier gave the impression it would be more than 1 piece as we asked before adding. Then when she told the staff about the bacon the reply with an attitude “I already made the plate” as what we asked was an inconvenience. There was a smart remark every time we asked for anything. These attitudes happen every time we visit this store. Even before I had an issue and receive a negative attitude from the store manager. This makes me feel maybe Hardee’s is not the place to visit but I will not visit this store anymore.

The drive through operator was rude because she had to fix three more apple turnovers than they had. I was hoarse so she said “thank you” in a rude tone and I said “uhm hmm” and she responded back with an “uhm hmm”. I thought that was uncalled for as well. She needs to fix her attitude.
