Worked here for 3 years and felt like family. They paid me good, treated me good, and worked with me to develop myself. Shoutout to the district manager Mike Bartleson for being so supportive and almost a father figure. Ultimately, I had to to quit because I was getting tired of working in fast food. Still go there for breakfast tho and to see my old coworkers!

Went through the drivethru speaker didn’t work, dried to tell the lady at the window but she ignored me and told me to pull around and wait, didn’t have to wait long. Burger came out was cold like it’s been sitting for over an hour and greasy. Thought it would’ve been fresh being nobody was in the drive thru. Went to return the burger within a few minutes of ordering it and an employee tried arguing with me why it’s cold. Very disappointing since a few years back they use to have good employees/food and it’s probably a health risk if they’re letting food come out that’s been sitting like that.

Drive-thru on way going back home (MD). Ordered an egg & bacon biscuit. It was served fast & with no problem from the friendly cashier. Food was hot & delicious. This wasn’t my first time here…the same good service then as it was yesterday.

The food isn’t the same, the lettuce was basically the end as was the tomatoes you can clearly see the pit from the first cut still attached. I know they wouldn’t eat that themselves so why serve it.

Stop sleeping on this location. My food was fresh, they gave excellent customer service, & the store was clean. They even had me sample the new crinkle cut fries today & they were EXCELLENT! Nice professional representation of the Hardee’s we know & love! No pics bc we ate it all.

Quality of food was not good. I ordered loaded omelet biscuit combo. The loaded omlet biscuit had the thinest egg and hardly any sausage and bacon pieces. The tots were not good either. You could taste the bad greece. The greece wasnt change or cleaned and can be tasted in the food.

Workers don’t seem to like what they do, telling the customer that you cannot have tenders because the manager won’t cook more. Orders messed up with missing ingredients, kids meal with no toys and not mentioning it.
