It another fast food chain that has seen better days. However this place does not care to clean up the drink area when slow, or wipe down anything be prepared for sticky floors and a bathroom they need much more. Oh and the cashier like to disappear from the front between customers. I did see the manager come out but never walk the floor to see the conditions. I spent almost an hour there planning my drive. And saw sadness of what this chain has become.

Usually, Hardees is one of my favorites, but this one was horrible. I went through the drive tru, and they had me pull around to a parking spot. After waiting for 15 minutes, I went in and asked for my money back. I was in a hurry, which is why I went through the drive thru. They apologized for the long wait and said the lady in the back was wrapping now. So I take the sandwich and start driving. Unwrap the burger and take a bite. It was awful. Look how thick that is. I wanted to say I just left Hardee’s on mercury and fox hill and the customer service was impeccable! The lady who took my order or who was also at the window was so extra nice. I pulled up waiting no more than a minute or two and another young girl came out to bring my food she actually made me smile she was extending sweet. I wasn’t feeling well today working from home and that made my day. Food was hot and good. Service was fast and with a pleasant smile.

Every single time I go in the morning the person at the window always has the nastiest attitude. No matter how nice i am and I’m sure other people are she doesn’t even say good morning . She just always hands the food like the customer just ruined her day. She has blue hair and braids. Maybe take her off the window and put someone else there with better customer service.

2:30 in the afternoon me and a buddy roll up for lunch and a milkshake, the girl in the drive through said they where out of milkshakes and they just ran out less than an hour ago. I asked how long it would take to make some and she said to long. So we left to go to another one. Before we did we called the store and asked for a manager he told us there was no reason for her to tell us that because he could make them for us. Jordan is the manager that took care of us. Redacted 1 star to the little girl there with the red hair. She first lied to us and then served us with an attitude the whole time.
