I recently visited this location and was quite impressed with their food presentation and flavors! I ordered a big cheeseburger, fries, chicken strips, and lemonade. The cheeseburger was juicy and delicious, and the bun appeared to be brioche, definitely an upgrade to the regular hamburger buns. The fries were crinkle cut and properly seasoned without an excessively salty taste, and I could actually taste the potato. The chicken strips were properly breaded with white meat, without excess fat. Also, for bbq sauce, I received Sweet Baby Rays, which is a definite plus. The lemonade was actually lemonade with lemons, not yellow dye overly sugary Minute Maid. Again, I’m actually impressed, given the lack of decent quality fast food around, this Hardee’s did a great job!

I ordered a double cheese burger with a fry. The bread was hard like it sat out to long after toasted, the bread was breaking apart while I was trying to eat it. The fries tasted very stale, as though the fries were expired .

Spent $14 on a quick snack before dinner. Ended up with some old chicken strips that tasted like they sat there for a good amount of time before we received them. Also, when did the frys change to the over salty crinkle cut frys?

I was actually really unhappy with my experience. I was not acknowledged or greeted when I pulled into the drive thru, but the mic was on, and I could hear them yelling. They were out of the first 3 drinks I asked for, and I had to repeat my first item 3 times, and they still got it wrong. When she repeated the whole order, she listed the second item completely wrong. We also waited over 15 minutes to get our food. This just over all was not a good experience this time around.

I visited this location on Wednesday morning for the first time in several months. I was extremely disappointed. I thought something must be wrong because it was taking so long to go through the drive-thru even though there weren’t that many cars. I noticed that two cars left the line before receiving their order. When I finally got up to the speaker the woman working the drive-thru had her microphone on continuously and I could hear how orders were being messed up at the pickup window. When she finally took my order she seemed to not know or care what she was doing. After placing my order I waited in the line for another 15 minutes or so before I finally gave up and left the line and there were still two cars ahead of me. I immediately went to another Hardee’s location and got the expected good food and fast service.

My most recent visit to this Norfolk Virginia Hardee’s location (on Tidewater Drive) was this morning around approximately the 747 am timeframe. I ordered two omelette biscuit sandwiches for my husband and I. The employee handling my order was friendly and gave me my order extremely quick (approximately within around 100 seconds after the receipt for my order generated from one of the receipt machines). However I can still say that the sandwich came out very delish and the biscuit had a yummy taste with the right amount of moistness and softness that enhanced the omelette mixture in the sandwich. I have been craving breakfast sandwiches more frequently since at least around September 2022 for some reason(where I enjoy eating breakfast sandwiches at least 2 to 3 times a week andor more) and the breakfast sandwich that I purchased this morning from Hardees tasted better than I expected with the added bonus of the employee handling my order giving good customer service.

Great breakfast & prices cold gravy crunchy has rounds. What is this garbage, I go in ICU for 8 days, hospital for 9, get out an sausage gravy is half and iced tea goes from 32 oz to 20 oz no price change? I want answer on 1 week or I quit!!!?!!? 2/17 AnewXXXtra RrUuDdEe mgr I asked for Orange Juice, got sweet tea,. I go to Tidewater Dr 5 days per week to use up my points I go in the morning to earn the points then 1or2 days to get free food. No customers and 20 minute wait for 3 burgers. Previously was so so for same order. At least the meat was cooked and cashier was pleasant. Not a drop of margarine on breads. A combo is almost $10 for this?? So disappointed.
