It took awhile to receive my order because they only had about 2 people working out front and I assume the cook in the back not to mention it was pretty crowded but the service was good and the young man that waited on me is always on point with great customer service another reason I continue to go back. After leaving Burger King at 8pm for dinner because they closed their shake machine down already although the close at midnight I drive to Hardee’s to get a shake. I ordered a strawberry shake and he ask if I wanted whipped cream and I said no thank you. When i got my shake it was about an inch and a half from the top. I asked why is the cup not filled and he stated this is what you get the rest Nc the cup would have been whipped cream. Are your shakes really only a little over a half full now? I probably won’t be going back after paying 3.89 plus taxes for such a small amount of shake.

I got two milkshakes. A strawberry one and a chocolate one. Both of them were small for the price but I could have dealt with that if they were good. They were the worst milkshakes ever. They were watered down and you couldn’t even taste the chocolate. Never again.

I went for lunch. I ended up ordering the Mushroom Swiss burger added bacon (because why not) this has to be hands down the Best Fast food burger I have eaten. The burger was fresh with great flavor. The meal came with frys and a drink. Frys were hot and fresh as well. This meal although a little pricey. But hell everything is now. Was well worth it. Also received outstanding service from the lady at the window. I will definitely be visiting and ordering this again!!

This visit was such a disappointment, only thing I ended up eating was the hash rounds (which was good by the way nice and crispy) and drank my soda. The gravy was not thick it was very thin and watery almost like it needed more time to simmer but by 8am I would think it would have been ready (when you think of the Hardees gravy it should not slide off your spoon like liquid and receive splash back from it falling, it should be slightly chunky as it falls maybe even with a little jiggle as it conforms back to your container). The biscuit was so hard and tasted like it was cooked placed in a freezer and then reheated (freezer burned and old). I love my bisc and grvy but this was pathetic and disgusting I was upset and didn’t even bother going back up to the counter it went right in the trash as I finished my hash rounds and walked out the door disappointed.

It’s fast food not a lot to say except the service is the slowest in history!! The lines are always long. Breakfast is the worst. I have been to two locations and it is always an excuse or slow long drive thru lines. I only order one thing and that is the country steak with egg biscuit. It is always good. I really feel they will be going out of business soon. Just my opinion. ‍♀️
