The biscuits and gravy were delicious! Service wasn’t good at all today. This particular Hardee’s was in Southside Richmond. The employees didn’t speak other than asking what we wanted. The cashier made no eye contact. We dined in, and business was slow. The floors were very greasy, which worried me about falling or slipping down. There was no clutter or debris on the floors or tables, which was nice. Bathroom floors were greasy as well.

Went through the drive-through. The girl that took my order was professional, but the food took forever. We ordered chicken fingers, fries, a milkshake, and a soda. It took about 15 minutes. She may have been the only one working. The food was good–love their milkshakes & tenders–but the fries were cold.

Bathrooms were filthy and encountered the rudest employee ever. Was driving through and stopped to use the restrooms and was going to grab something to eat but was so turned off by the filth and the rudeness of the employee on the front line! There was a injured stray dog on the premises and being from out of town, I simply asked if there was a local dog pound or animal control I could call. The “I don’t know” in the rude and nasty tone was despicable!! “I don’t know” translated to “I don’t care and leave me alone”. The tone was hostile, unfriendly, and unwelcoming!! There was no way I was going to have my family eat anything there and be served by someone so rude and nasty!! There is never a reason to be unkind!!!

Oh my this store is the slowest ever. Gave order at box just to get to window and have the young lady tell us that our order was never taken. Then ask us to pull up. We have been here for over 20 minutes now and still waiting. More then 5 car sitting and waiting for there food. What is happening. In need of some management. After waiting so long Would hope to get hot food. And correct order how wrong we were. Miss in half of order. Food lukewarm at dusk.

I ordered from DoorDash. The jalapeno poppers were not bad but they gave me Buffalo Sauce instead of ranch. Also, the bread on my burger was not the advertised bread for the Frisco Angus Burger. I ordered this burger specifically for the sourdough bread that Hardees usually uses and it looks like they used white bread from the grocery store. I don’t even think it’s sourdough. I would not have ordered this if I knew this was what I was going to get. The chili dog wasn’t bad but I didn’t realize it came with mustard and I don’t like mustard on my hot dog.

Bathrooms were ridiculous! Mens bathroom had so much going on. Top of the toilet was on the floor, toilet paper everywhere, dime size flies were on the walls and a wasp greeted me in my face walking in. I ended up using the womens restroom. To find that the toilet paper roll was crunchy and had a yellowish tint. Looks like it was dropped in piss water and sat back up to dry. The manager should be embarrassed and I outta stand outside and redirect every customer.

Walk in person in the kitchen arguing with the person in the front about not locking the door and how they didn’t feel like cooking anything. Asked for tenders was told they didn’t have it asked for a burger was told they didn’t have it asked for a ham and cheese was told they didn’t have it. Go elsewhere people to get food customer service absolutely is horrible.
