Although the cashier in the drive thru was pleasant, I almost didn’t get the “no ice” I asked for if I didn’t point it out, and later found one of my burgers not made how I asked. Called about it later, and the manager said they would replace it. Only thing is, the food wasn’t good at all, so not sure if I wanna even get that replacement done. Probably not gonna come back any time soon if at all (nothing against the ppl), just wasn’t feeling it

Ordered a big cheeseburger meal and a 3-piece tenders with honey mustard and small fries. The drink was a coke, but it was not near full. It also had zero carbonation, only syrup. We did not get the sauces ordered and they appear on the receipt. Fries were not even warm. Employees outside dancing and goofing off while drive-thru clearly needed help. Had a large group of friends in the lobby that was clearly a distraction. Poor food, poor service…where was the manager??

The service was good fast and cheap. 3 combination you will never see. The staff were extremely helpful in making choices and friendly and patient. Very impressed by the level of professionalism this young crowd of works had.

I dont eat Hardee’s often and now i remember why. My chicken sandwich was undercooked, and my onion rings were overcooked. Had I not been 35 mins away by the time I went to eat, I would have taken it back. The girl taking the order was pushy, wanting me to order while I was looking at the menu.

Typical fast food restaurant. The night I went there were no lines (close to closing time) and the food was hot. I love their apple pies. I got a chili hotdog combo. Lots of chili covered the jumbo hotdog. Hotdog didn’t have much flavor. May have sat in water too long. Overall it was decent. Would try again if I can get a fresh hotdog.
