Awful. Grilled chicked was like rubber, inedible. Had to throw it away. $4 milkshakes full of ice chunks. At least the fries were decent. 2 sandwiches, 5 tenders, 1 fry, 2 milkshakes = $28.54. Yikes. And dirty. Dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty drink service area, dirty countertops, dirty back of drink machine. The lady at the front was super nice, but I guess there is a reason there was nobody there at 6pm on a Saturday. Since nobody was there they made it all while we waited, but that meant a 10 minute wait. Such a shame. I loved this location when I was a kid, but I will never go back.

Received excellent customer service from a female associate, via the drive- thru, (after 5pm). Regrettably, I don’t have her name, it seemed as if she was doing all the work. Ordered two Jumbo chilli dogs with extra chilli; came as I ordered. Hardee’s has the best hot dog chilli.

3 black workers sitting in the eating area while 1 white girl was left to do everything. It took 10 minutes to get 2 hot dogs at 8pm on a Friday night when there was NO ONE in the drive-thru or inside! The place was empty! When your fast food joint is empty, you should be the faster fast food restaurant in town!

Getting drive thru at 1:20 p.m. lady said out of chicken tenders still have to cook and it will take 4 to 5 minutes. 16 minutes later I get up to the window. They tell me to pull around front so I do even though it’s been 16 minutes already. It is now 1:47 and I am still sitting out front waiting for my chicken tenders

Came to this Hardee’s this morning for breakfast while my son has surgery… Our Cashier,,, Wahida was AWESOME and never missed a beat with our large order!!! When we are back on this side of town we will definitely come back… The food was delicious as well!!!
