This place is actually really good when the right people are working. But if you get unlucky you get people who do this….I’ve worked quite awhile in fast food back then as my first job and its not hard to make this. I get it if you have a bad day but don’t ruin other people’s food. Got my order wrong as well…..and it wasn’t a regular worker It was a supervisor or a manager I remember it like It was yesterday.

Would rate zero stars. Will be contacting my bank for a refund. Waited 25 minutes for 2 5pc tender platters. One sub slaw for mashed potatoes with NO gravy. Food was cold and potatoes had gravy(allergic to it). Refused to fix. And my 5 PC TENDER MEALS WERE 3 PC. go to the one down county in Hayes. They’re way better.

It’s Hardee’s, what can you really say. Chin fingers were good, as always, the chix club was so so, not very evenly placed on the bun, so everything was on one side. Not a big deal, but I was eating and driving, so I couldn’t fix it up like it shoulda been. Not the end of the world, but it is a review!

Very poor customer service. Dining room area is always dirty and nasty. Today they had no ketchup, no ranch or honey mustard sauce and no butter for the biscuit. The Health Department should pay a visit.

Very rude at drive through…I asked how many sides came with the eight peice bucket of chicken and she rudely blurted out TWO as if it was the biggest inconvenience of her life.. I said never mind and I left …the employees at least this employee needs some manners in respect and customer service…date 1/27/2023 time was about 5:30 pm…whomever you are…Sorry right back! as rude as you were to me!
